Job Responsibilities:

I. Contract Archiving Duties

1. Establish and maintain contract archives.

2. Collect project information according to the terms stipulated in the contract.

3. Loan and submission of contracts and related documents.

II. Contract Ledger Duties

1. Set up and log information in the ledger.

2. Compile and inquire about the information in the contract ledger.

III. Project Ledger Duties

1. Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information required for the project ledger.

2. Log information into the project ledger and make professional judgments on the accuracy of the data.

3. Collect and analyze reasons for deviations in project budget execution.

4. Issue warnings for items that exceed the project budget as required.

5. Ensure contract management includes planning and assessment measures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Engineering Management or related fields.

2. At least three years of experience in contract management.

3. Proficient in using Office software.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

5. Experience in financial tasks, statistical work, and archiving is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with technical professionals to complete project electrical automation drawing, and equipment material list preparation on time and with assured quality

2. Assist in optimizing process design (within the professional scope) and provide feedback to process engineers

3. Responsible for external liaison, communication, and coordination concerning electrical automation

4. Other tasks assigned by the department manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Automation. Over 5 years of on-site equipment installation and construction management experience. Preference given to those who have worked on environmental (wastewater treatment) industry projects.

2. Good communication skills, familiar with the procedures and processes related to electrical equipment construction approval. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure.

3. Capable of independently designing diagrams, construction plans, and reviewing detailed designs in this professional field.

4. Proficient in the application of management tools in this professional field, including guiding through prototype models, key procedures, and actual measurement management.

5. Possess the ability to manage quality visualization.

6. Under professional guidance, can simultaneously complete multiple or more complex tasks in this field and solve conventional engineering technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for regional business development, customer acquisition, and the planning and execution of regional operations.

2. Based on the company's overall operational strategy, formulate a business model suitable for the local market.

3. Establish strong relationships with clients, provide timely feedback on customer information, meet customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Establish a comprehensive regional sales network, achieve regional sales targets, market expansion plans, and sales tasks.

5. Develop and implement marketing promotion strategies within the region.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, with preference given to those majoring in Drainage, HVAC, or Environmental Engineering.

2. Familiarity with the environmental protection industry; sales experience in this sector, especially in water treatment and those with government resources, will be prioritized.

3. Passionate about sales with market development and expansion abilities.

4. Strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability to learning.

5. Physically healthy, of good moral character, quick-thinking, well-mannered, and overall good quality.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for technical exchanges in the early stages of a project, scheme formulation, feasibility study writing, and other technical support tasks related to market development.

2. Handle the preparation and publication of project bidding documents.

3. Independently manage process design and construction drawing for engineering projects.

4. Act as the lead designer, guiding on-site completion of installation, tuning, and other tasks.

5. Collaborate with other departments to provide technical support.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering or Water Supply and Drainage.

2. Proficient in using professional software like AUTOCAD and standard Office applications.

3. At least 5 years of experience in water treatment design, having independently managed design projects as the lead designer for at least 3 projects. Preference given to those with design institute work experience.

4. Familiar with the design of various processes in municipal sewage and rural water treatment. Knowledge of A2/O, MBBR, and other water treatment processes is a plus.

5. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are preferred. Ability to handle short-term business trips and those with abundant on-site experience are prioritized.
